Shipping Policies

- Once we receive your order, it will be carefully prepared for shipping. U.S.

- Shipments can take up to 6 days depending on your zip code.

- Shipping costs are shown and collected during checkout.

- Shipping Pricing is flat Rate at $3.50 per order.

Refunds

In the event that you need to return your item(s), we will refund your purchase price less shipping provided you meet these minimum criteria.

- Email us and obtain a pre-approval and authorization for your return.

- No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Hologram Records.

- The original box must be neatly taped with clear tape.

- The item(s) must be must be in the same condition as when received. CD's must be un-opened.

- Hologram Records will accept returns of purchased goods for a period of 14 days after the original purchase date.

- Returns requested after the 14-day period will be at the discretion of Hologram Records.

- Return insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

- Refunds will be credited in the same manner in which payment was received.

- Please allow 1 week for refund from the time Hologram Records receives your item(s) return.
